Cloak and Dagger are duet of super-heroes: she represents the light and he represents the darkness. They complement each other. They are teenagers of two very different circles, but are very close.
The local mafia experimented on them, causing them to acquire their powers.
Dagger fights with daggers of light, and Cloak has a cape which can teleport people to another place or to various dimensions.
At first, Nick Fury wanted to only recruit Dagger because Cloak was difficult to work with, but Peter Parker wanted to recruit both of them. By the end of his experience with them, he was convinced that they could both be good agents.
Task-Master recruited them and told them to trust nobody, so they attacked Parker and his team for him. When Task-Master left Cloak for dead, Dagger realized his true motivations and decided to join Spider-man and his team. Once Parker saved Cloak, they helped him fight against Task-master.
Cloak and Dagger, are going to go to the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy.
