The Heavenly Rattle also known as the Divine Bell or the Bronze Bell is an item in The Gamer.

It amplifies the magic power of attacks. It's a rattle that was brought down to Earth by Hwanung along with the Heavenly Mirror and the Heavenly Sword. It was made by Hwanin himself and it's currently owned by the Dan Ui Guild.
The Dan Ui guild uses it to make a barrier which cut one's strength to half if they're not ethnically Korean.[1]
