Sari, short for Bulgasari, is the Iron Empress, one of the Four Great Emperors of Dan Ui Guild.
She is a Fallen One from Heaven and was primarly introduced as Blue Dragon (ì²ë£¡, Cheongryong).[1]

She can change her shape at will. In both her human and dragon form, she has red hair, yellow eyes and a blue outfit ou coat.
Personality[]
She seems to have a cheerful personality, he acknowledges and likes Jihan.[1]

She is at least 1,000 years old.

Vs Geumodo Arc[]
She is first introduced as "Blue Dragon" by one Emperor of Dan Ui Guild in a meeting about Han Jihan. The Dan Ui Guild leaders decided to initiate their northbound plan and give the illusionary space of traitor organizations to Han Jihan and help him increase his production rate.[1]
