Crescent Kick Combo, or Dragon Somersault (ドラゴンサマー Doragon Samā?) in Japan, is a move used by Marshall Law since his first appearance in Tekken alongside Forest since Tekken 3.
Lee Chaolan has also had an identical move since Tekken, although it is called Lee Somersault.
Usage[]
The right kick launches on counter hit, which will allow the Crescent Kick to juggle if close. However, if the right kick is blocked, the opponent can interrupt the second kick, which will then juggle the aggressor while they are in their jumping animation, as there is a 13-frame window between both kicks. The Crescent Kick by itself only causes the opponent to be knocked over, unlike most of Law's Somersault Kicks which will launch on hit. If the f+4,u+3 variation whiffs, the flip kick will be cancelled and the move will transition to Shaolin Spin Kicks.
