"Huggbees" is the 35th episode of the sixth season of Teen Titans Go!, and the 296th overall episode of the series.

Summary

The Brain teams up with the Lobe, so the Titans enlist the help of his archenemy and superhero of the 1990s, Freakazoid, to stop them.

Trivia

• This is the first time that Freakazoid has appeared on Cartoon Network since March 29, 2003, when reruns of his original show left the channel.
• This is the sixth crossover episode.
• Thanks to Steven Spielberg, the long-awaited Freakazoid has returned by making a crossover with the Titans.
  • This might be an homage to the Animaniacs reboot, as the original Animaniacs has crossed-over with Freakazoid before.
• Paul Rugg helped script this episode and reprised his role as Freakazoid.
• To the joy of fans worldwide, Freakazoid is officially back.
• David Warner, the voice of Lobe, has also lent his voice to other Cartoon Network shows, namely The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, where he voiced Nergal, and The Amazing World of Gumball, where he voiced Rob/Dr. Wrecker.
  • Incidentally, he also voiced Batman villain Ra's al Ghul from Batman: the Animated Series.
• This marks Ed Asner's final performance as Sergeant Mike Cosgrove and David Warner’s final performance as Lobe before their deaths on August 29, 2021 and July 24, 2022.

• The Freakazoid costume that Robin crashed into from "The Great Disaster" returns in this episode.
• Both this and the previous episode, "Toddler Titans…Yay!" begin with the Titans sitting on the couch, bored.

• Friends, referenced by Raven in the ending of Forest Pirates, is referenced again. The image that was used from Friends at the end of the episode is recycled in this episode.

• Robin abandoned his staff when he was escaping from the crocodiles, but in the next scene when the Titans and Freakazoid confronted the Lobe and the Brain, he was seen holding it.
