This skill was only available on several characters such as: Darun(Zangief), Guile(Chun-Li), Ken(Ryu), Nanase(Hokuto), Pullum(Darun), Sakura(Ryu), Zangief(Darun), Bison(Vega), Blanka(Dhalsim), and C. Jack(V. Rosso).
