Necalli face-planting Cammy into the ground using Soul Sealer.
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) near an opponent. Necalli grabs his opponent by the head and shoves them down, slamming their face into the ground. As his opponent bounces off of the canvas, Necalli kicks them in the face, sending them across the stage and crashing on their back.

This throw puts a good amount of space between Necalli and his opponent. It is also an effective way to reset the neutral game. Necalli's throws are useful to open up the opponents who are constantly blocking. While it does significantly less damage compared to his back throw and command grab, it has a faster recovery. This means that Necalli can still counter his opponent with Raging Light if they jump to avoid his grabs, giving him time to attack. By mixing Necalli's normal throws with his command grabs, it puts the opponent in a difficult situation where they have to guess what he is going to do next, especially when he has positional and frame advantage.
