The Faultless Move (フォーレスムーヴ Fōtoresu Mūvu?) is one of Guile's unique attacks in Street Fighter V.
Street Fighter V | ![]() |

Description
Executed by pressing down-forward, Guile slowly walks while crouching toward the direction of his opponent.
Tactics
Instead of sitting back and waiting for his opponent to make a move, Guile now has the ability to move while charging up for his special attacks. As he is moving foward and charging up for his Flash Kick. Guile can bring the fight to his opponent by getting into position to strike. However. this move will leave Guile vulnerable to other attacks, due to the fact that he is moving forward. In addition, Guile can only charge for his Flash Kick, rather than Sonic Boom, using this motion.
Trivia
- This attack is very similar in execution and function to the crawling move in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U and Ultimate.
- Given their similar pronunciation and the application of Guile maintaining a downward charge while advancing, it is likely that this move is a mistranslation of Fortress Move, befitting Guile's defensive playstyle.
