- "While airborne, diagonally descend with a powerful tackle. Useful for making surprise attacks from the air or as a way to counterattack someone after dodging a projectile."
- —Street Fighter 6
The Condor Dive (コンドルダイブ Kondoru Daibu?), also known as Diving Hawk, is one of T. Hawk's special attacks, introduced along with him in Super Street Fighter II. This would also be passed down to Lily in Street Fighter 6.

Description
Executed by pressing all three punch buttons during the way up of a jump, T. Hawk quickly pauses in mid-air and dives diagonally in a roughly 45° angle towards the ground with his arms spread backwards like wings. This move executes exclusively on the way up during a jump, thus cannot be performed while coming down. In Super Street Fighter IV, the move has armor-breaking properties, and T. Hawk shouts the move's name along with an accompanying eagle screech background sound effect.
The EX Special version introduced in the same game is executed by pressing all three kick buttons during the way up of a jump ("Not so fast!"). It deals nearly double the damage, travels down much faster and has no startup time, but can only be performed immediately after an EX Tomahawk Buster.
Lily also has this move in Street Fighter 6. If she performs this move with at least one Windclad stock, Lily then spins like a tornado while descending.
Updates
In the Arcade Edition update, performing the EX Tomahawk Buster is no longer mandatory to perform the EX Condor Dive - thus making both EXs independent from each other, just like any other move in the game -, but the chaining still exists as being now purely optional. This was likely done as a method for rebalancing T. Hawk's moveset.
In the same update, the move has also gained two additional properties: it goes through projectiles and can be performed anytime while airborne.
Tactics
Condor Dive is an extremely good move for punishing normal projectiles, and is good for closing distance after a mid-screen Mexican Typhoon. The move can also be done close to the ground to punish slow-recovering low attacks and disrupt Focus Attacks.
Unfortunately, this move does not have great priority and can be punished easily if blocked by many characters, particularly those with anti-air attacks.
While Lily's version is mostly the same, the use of Windclad stocks amplifies this move. With at least 1 Windclad stock, Condor Dive becomes enhanced in terms of range and damage output. While the regular version hits the opponent once, an OD or enhanced Condor Dive hits the opponent up twice, thus increasing the overall damage. Additionally, the increase number of hits allows Lily to power through armored moves. The OD version can also be performed after hitting the opponent with an OD Tomahawk Buster. This move can be performed from a forward or neutral jump. It can be used to punish fireballs from a distance.
