Bottled Hurricane is a magic potion that enables its user to summon a great gust of wind. One of them was under the ownership of the Dinosaur King of Dinotown until it was stolen by Wordsmith. Finding his way blocked to the Skyrock Mountains due to the Sleep Clouds, Wordsmith opened the bottle and requested that a hurricane clear the clouds away from the steps.
