Yaam Sector or Sector 1Y4F's lower regions, known as the Blackpit Slums,[1] was a district on Coruscant during the early years of the Galactic Empire.
It covered nearly eighty square kilometers and was located several thousand kilometers from the Southern Underground, the Jedi Temple and Coruscant's equator.[2] Yaam Sector was home to 8,675 Human males named Jax Pavan, one of them being the Jedi Knight Jax Pavan.[3]
