A Tavelian cavefish was a fish of some type. In complaining about the skills of those working within Lothal's Transportation Ministry in investigating a data breach, Jessa Spanjaf compared the skills of those working there unfavorably to Tavelian cavefish. Her daughter, Merei, could only listen to the rant, bemused, as she was the one responsible for the data breach.[1]
