Tampasi was the Ferroan concept that roughly translated into Basic as "forest". It was used to describe the forest of Zonama Sekot. Such forests were also on Tandun III up until its explosion in 43 ABY.

After the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War several of their biots joined the Tampasi as they reverted to their natural forms.
