Sapience[]

to be honest, I'm not clear on whether or not the Gibs were supposed to be sapient or not. They seemed to at least be semi-sapient, like bordoks.JustinGann 11:26, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

According to the Ewoks cartoon, everything on Endor is sapient (Teebo talks to several creatures, and very few creatures act like dumn animals). Until a source says otherwise, I think it's best to consider these guys non-sentient. — SavageBob 18:05, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

I added the conjecture tag, as I can't tell what the people are saying, and without looking at the script, we're unlikely to know the correct spelling. It sounds to me like they're calling them "skibs", which would make more sense, since they have skis for feet. — SavageBob 18:05, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
