Onaconda Farr[]

Should Farr be mentioned in the character-section? He does die in the episode as stated here. —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 16:16, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

  • There was some..reverting over the issue, so let's just wait 'til Friday. Xd 16:18, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
    • It is stated clearly on the page, you can't misinterpretate it in any way. The page is official, since it's the Hongkong broadcaster of TCW. So I don't see the problem. Btw Xd, the episode airs not this Friday, but the Friday in two weeks. :-) —Jawaman No, I did NOT steal your droid! 16:28, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
      • If we don't know what number episode this is (and the Hong Kong broadcaster's website uses only numbers), then there is no way for us to assume who appears aside from Amidala. End of discussion. Be patient and wait till something official confirms everything. CC7567 (talk) 18:58, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
        • Jawaman: Did I say 'this' Friday :P But let's stop this pointless conversation. Xd 19:18, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

LET'S add the characters listed in tvb.com[]

Let's add them, now that senate murders is officially number 15 (it was just so obvious, but whatever). I say now is the time to add Senator Mee Deechi, representative Lolo Purs , senator Halle Burtoni and Inspector Lieutenant Tan Divo. Unsigned comment by Dangrievous (talk • contribs).

  • Go ahead. Nobody is stopping you. --Tellanroaeg 14:29, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
    • It's not confirmed. Please wait until the official episode guide comes out. JangFett (Talk) 17:48, February 23, 2010 (UTC)

b4 it[]

Is there nething b4 it Btween it and after the Mandalore Trilogy? 75.27.36.231 19:23, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

  • No, they've been on hiatus. Possibly due to the Olympics (VANCOUVER 2010!), as they tend to mess up the schedules of a lot of channels. Even though TCW airs on channels that don't tend to cover the Olympics, people would rather watch the Canadian hockey team absolutely cream all opposition than watch TCW. Confirmed[]

  • Although there is no episode guide yet, it seems the episode it airing right now, at least in my area of canada and in fact the senator does die, and it is proved very early on.TroybShadowFeed[[Image:CIS Fleet.jpg|48px]] 01:39, March 13, 2010 (UTC)

Air Date[]

Though the US airing isn't until March 19th, 2010, it has already aired in Canada. Should the Airing Date in the info box indicate the first international airing, or be kept the American airing date? Zeukran 00:39, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

  • Since this is the English/American Star Wars wiki, it should state the American date. CC7567 (talk) 00:40, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
  • Well I dont want to be rude, but Canada is part of North America, and the United States isnt the only country with star wars fans. I'm in favor of changing it, but hey whatever.TroybShadowFeed[[Image:CIS Fleet.jpg|48px]] 22:48, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
  • Why not wirte both? Gulomi Jomesh 09:31, March 15, 2010 (UTC)

Timeline[]

Hello, everyone...Timeline issue here!!! I know you all wiil agree with me and established canon! The episode is taking place in 20 BBY. This is because of two reasons: 1. Battle of Duro - Which Farr was personally discraced after and battle itslef takes place in 20 BBY. Check Onaconda's article!

2. Phase 2 armour makes an appearance - in some of the scenes with clones, you can see Phase 2 armour and this armour couldn't have existed before 20 BBY, when it was introduced! Check the article for the armour.

These are my points about the whole episode and everything in it. The events should be dated C. 20 BBY! I am sure this will be noted for further edits on "Senate Murders" articles! Thank you! --Dangrievous 10:59, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

  • By that logic, the Ryloth episodes must have taken place on a planet that isn't Ryloth, since it doesn't match the description of the planet in the EU. In fact, the entire series must take place after 20 BBY, because that's the year Anakin was actually knighted. -- I need a name (Complain here) 13:51, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
    • There is no sense in your Ryloth explanation! There is a difference between a planet's description and a character's death! The EU itself is very messed up if it comes to planet descriptions! You also forget the presence of Phase 2 armor in the episode and that says a lot, no name! DON'T forget that DAVE FILONI said himself that they are going to jump from time to time to different moments of timeline! --Dangrievous 15:44, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
      • Character deaths? Eeth Koth is shown alive and well in Grievous Intrigue, despite dying during the Battle of Geonosis, so that episode must clearly take place before the Clone Wars even started. Ryloth's appearance is consistent in everything except TCW (unsurprisingly), and the only appearance of phase II armour is in a hologram (which would mean Attack of the Clones is concurrent with A New Hope, since the former features a hologram of the Death Star). -- I need a name (Complain here) 16:21, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
        • Dangrievous, I can only say this: You shouldn't trust TCW and the previously established old CW timeline. There was a retcon introduced in this episode. There is no proof that this episode took place in your specific date of choosing. I'd sugest that we wait for more sources before we'd even consider this. JangFett (Talk) 16:37, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
          • I agree with JangFett! I am sure that in the episode commentary,or guide, this might be cleared out! And, nameless, Eeth Koth is shown alive and well in Grievous Intrigue, despite dying during the Battle of Geonosis, so that episode must clearly take place before the Clone Wars even started... the only appearance of phase II armour is in a hologram (which would mean Attack of the Clones is concurrent with A New Hope, since the former features a hologram of the Death Star) That is just some absurd and ridiculous talk! Nameless, if you haven't got anything logical to say, I think this conversation is over until the episode guide comes next week... :D--Dangrievous 17:49, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
            • This is my own speculation (so I'm not adding it to the article) but I have a feeling that it will be mentioned in the episode guide: In the hologram during the opening crawl, the armor is rotating around as if showcasing it. Burtoni and Deechi are showing it to Mas Amedda (or at least, he is in the room with them). Knowing that Burtoni and Deechi want to produce more clones, I think that it is a preview of the Mark II armor. This would mean that it can appear before the actual appearance of it in use. But, like others have said, we should wait until the episode guide is out. NayayenTALK 18:08, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
              • Eeth Koth's death has been retconned. He appears in Wild Space, and in "Grievous Intrigue," which both take place sometime during the Clone Wars (most likely the first year). The appearance of Phase II armor was in the "newsreel." That could have taken place at anytime. It could have taken place either after or before the events of "Senate Murders". JangFett (Talk) 18:11, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
                • The Phase II hologram scene couldn't take place after Senate Murders, cause Mee Deechi is alive and well in it. However it could take place quite a long time before the Phase II armor is actually implemented, since the scene seems to show Halle introducing the new armor to the other senators and Mas Amedda. Gry Sarth 13:28, March 15, 2010 (UTC)
                  • So what you all are saying is that the battle of duro is obsulete becaus Farr is dead before it? Unsigned comment by Cad Bane Owns (talk • contribs).
                    • Not the whole battle, but just Farr's involvement with it. We'll have to wait for an official retcon, which will probably say it was actually Farr's cousin or something. Gry Sarth 19:11, March 19, 2010 (UTC)

That could be after the battle of duros and a possible phase 3 clone armorR8lreindeer 04:38, March 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • Also, JangFett, the armor hologram is not only in the newsreel. At one point, as Deevo looks in Burtoni's Senate office for the Kaminoan, (this is after Deechi's death) the hologram can still be clearly seen in the background, and this is DURING the episode. However, as it is stated above, that does not necessarily state that this episode is c. 20 BBY, although it would make sense.--Master Tej 11:51, June 8, 2011 (UTC)

Lolo Purs' blaster[]

I noticed that the blaster Lolo pulls on Padme is not on the appearances list, but though it looks like Droid deactivator I wasn't entirely certain the blaster was the same. Thoughts on whether it should be added or not? Or anyone have info on an article for the blaster maybe I missed seeing? --Kathkira talk 17:48, June 25, 2010 (UTC)

Padme's Eyes are Green?[]

Padme's eyes are green in this episode. Why? They're supposed to be brown. Unsigned comment by 71.108.15.241 (talk • contribs).

  • That's odd, because I was watching this episode last night and couldn't help thinking that, at some points the lights make her eyes look yellow, while at other points her eyes are brown. What color are Natalie Portman's eyes, because they should be that color in The Clone Wars.--Master Tej 11:44, June 8, 2011 (UTC)

Chronology[]

In several episodes since this one was aired, senator farr has appeared live and well, even in the recently aired Heroes on Both Sides. that gives the impression that this episode really takes place where season 3 should be. then again, most of the aired series hasn't been shown in InUniversall order.--SkyGuy-Let's chat! 17:42, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
