The Slinani were a religious warrior clan that constructed Migration Shrines that stored their battle trophies. One such shrine was Red Mist, located in the Outer Rim Territories.[1]

The Slinani were first mentioned in the comic Doctor Aphra (2016) 32, written by Simon Spurrier and published by Marvel Comics[1] on May 8, 2019.[2] The following issue, also written by Spurrier[3] and published on June 19, 2019,[4] misspells the Slinani's name as "Slilani."[3]
