Senator Elsah'sai'Moro was a female Devaronian who jointly represented Devaron Space in the Galactic Senate with her colleague, Vien'sai'Malloc. She was an old friend of Jedi Master T'ra Saa. In 22 BBY, she learned that Vien was secretly sponsoring a Separatist base on Devaron, and tried to warn Saa. However, before she could relay the information, she was assassinated by Aurra Sing, who had been hired by Vien.
