Crul was a planet^[3] located in the galaxy's Mid Rim that was covered in warm, shallow,^[1] and salty^[3] seas and lagoons.^[1] It was the homeworld of two sentient species: the Crolutes, who were exclusively male, and the Gilliands, who were exclusively female.^[3]
