The Bantu system was a part of the Core Worlds'[1] Emmo sector.[2] It was the origin point of the phenomenon known as the rainbow sunsets of Bantu.[3][4]

Behind the scenes[]

The Bantu system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square M-12.[1]

(backup link) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the rainbow sunsets of Bantu in relation to the Bantu system.
