Neopentalenolakton D sintaza (EC 1.14.13.171, ptlE (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-dezoksi-11-oksopentalenat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira neopentalenolakton-D).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1-dezoksi-11-oksopentalenat + NADPH + H+ + O2 neopentalenolaktan D + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je FAD-zavisna oksigenaza. On je izolovan iz bakterije Streptomyces avermitilis.
