Luteolin O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.42, o-dihidro fenolna metiltransferaza, luteolinska metiltransferaza, luteolinska 3'-O-metiltransferaza, o-difenolna m-O-metiltransferaza, o-dihidro fenol meta-O-metiltransferaza, S-adenozilmetionin:flavon/flavonol 3'-O-metiltransferaza, kvercetin 3'-O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:3'-hidroksiflavon 3'-O-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + 3'-hidroksiflavon S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 3'-metoksiflavon
Ovaj enzim preferira flavone sa vicinalnim 3',4'-dihidroksilnim grupama.
