Adults!! (アダルト, Adaruto) is chapter 36 of the manga.
Synopsis[]
Guy and Lee embrace each other, and Guy scolds Tenten and Neji for their lack of passion. Neji comments on Guy's recent increase of strictness, with Tenten later pointing out the general trait of nagging in adults. The final straw is pulled for Tenten and she angerily exclaims that she will request for a new team captain in replace of Guy. Tenten explains that the switch will only be temporary. After traning with several adults, the team decides no adult in the village was good enough and Tenten chooses to go on their mission alone. Lee tries to dissuade her of her decision, though Tenten doubts Guy would forgive her of her words. However, he fails and the team goes on the mission without a leader. The team is caught in a trap. As the enemies throw their weapons at the trio, Guy steps infront of them, being hit instead. He reveals that he followed them and takes blame. Together, the reunited team defeats the bandits.
