"Tympup" is a series of three cues composed by Sammy Burdson and John Charles Fiddy. They are used to punctuate comedic moments.

Tympup A[]
This version consists of a single pedal timpani climb.
- 37a. "Procrastination" - Shot of SpongeBob's essay, which only reads "The."
- 40a. "Squid on Strike" - Squidward pulls a pair of Mr. Krabs' underwear out of his payday envelope, which was actually Krabs' laundry envelope.
- 40b. "Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm" - Shot of SpongeBob wearing underwear that reads "Property of Sandy Cheeks," seen after Sandy claims that she "saves [his] yellow backside from certain destruction on a regular basis."
- 41a. "The Algae's Always Greener" - Plankton gives Pearl only one dollar as a raise on her allowance; "One dollar? You hate me!"
- 42a. "Club SpongeBob" - Squidward is told what could be worse than being stranded in the middle of nowhere with SpongeBob and Patrick; "You could be bald and have a big nose!"
- 42b. "My Pretty Seahorse" - First shot of the bowl of sliced onions; "Hey, who left this bowl of onions here?"
- 43a. "Just One Bite" - Squidward realizing he ate all of the garbage, except the Krabby Patty.
- 44a. "Nasty Patty" - Shot of Health Inspector Yellowtail Andy's head sticking out of the hole dug by SpongeBob; "His head's stickin' out!"
- 44b. "Idiot Box" - Patrick indirectly references Squidward being hauled off to the city dump inside the cardboard box; "I hope he's not too down in the dumps today."; The ending.
- 45a. "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV" - Mermaid Man attempts to pay for his order at the Krusty Krab with a hexagonal nut; "Will this cover it?;" Patrick gets shrunk.
- 46a. "Snowball Effect" - Squidward notices SpongeBob and Patrick making a truce.
- 47b. "Can You Spare a Dime?" - Mr. Krabs suddenly notices his dime is missing.
- 48a. "No Weenies Allowed" - Initial exterior shot of Weenie Hut Jr's, as well as the exterior shot of Weenie Hut General.; The ending.
- 49a. "Krab Borg" - SpongeBob laughs nervously upon realizing that Mr. Krabs really isn't a robot; "Turns out there weren't any robots after all. It was just their... imagination...heh-heh."
- 49b. "Rock-a-Bye Bivalve" - Patrick realizes that he can't be Junior's mother because he never wears a shirt; "If I was a mom, this would be kind of shocking."
- 52a. "Chocolate with Nuts" - Patrick decides to buy the candy-bar bag carrying bags from the con man; "We'll take twenty."
- 55b. "Mid-Life Crustacean" - Shot of the Underwater Heartbreaker bike.
- 56b. "I Had an Accident" - SpongeBob trips and goes flying off of Sand Mountain.
- 57a. "Krabby Land" - The kids meet Krabby the Clown - which is just Mr. Krabs with a clown nose and a polka-dotted tie.

- 69a. "Krusty Towers" - Mr. Krabs eats a patty with toenails and nose hair.
- 69b. "Mrs. Puff, You're Fired" - "Jumpin' jellyfish!"

- 88c. "Slimy Dancing" - Squidward runs into limbo pole; Squidward runs into the limbo pole the third time.

- 95a. "The Inmates of Summer" - The Warden finds that SpongeBob and Patrick ate all the chum in the pit; "Holy fish paste!"
- 101a. "House Fancy" - Squidward's house is destroyed.
- 105a. "The Splinter" - Squidward wakes up.
- 118a. "Pet or Pests" - SpongeBob finds out Mrs. Wormsley had babies.
