Incorrect issue number[]

Hi! I just noticed that the main page says that it's linking to the fourth issue of the IDW Comics, while the link, image, and description are for the fifth issue. Could someone change the text "IDW Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 4" on the main page to "IDW Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 5"? Thanks in advance if someone fixes this! Hi! List of pages that may have Sonic Retro content[]

These pages have Sonic Retro listed in the "External Links", are linked in the talk page, or where referenced as a source outside of the (main) space. This is NOT a list of articles confirmed to have SR-copied content.

To find out if a page has copied SR content, compare the SR page to the SNN page and look to see if any written sections are very similar or identical. If you find one, completely rewrite it. If you can not rewrite it in one sitting, leave the cleanup or rewrite template and bold the link here. Once you are done removing any copied SR content from the page, put at <s> through the page listed here. If no copied SR content was found, just remove the page from the list.

Please note images from SR are allowed, but it should be noted they came from SR in the image page. If you are unsure if an image is used fairly, contact an active admin.

I wondering if I'm doing any of these correctly? So at the moment, I've worked on the Deem Bristow and Sonic Ride articles. So for Deem, I rewrote some of the content, and added a note on its image page about it being taken from SR, but I'm not sure if it really is a "free license" or whether I should change that. As for Sonic Ride, where a section was copied from SR, I just added the rewrite template in and left the content on there. Could you post some kind of example of where it's happening? Does it only show up on normal articles, does it show up on all wiki pages with any kind of sidebar (like userpages too), etc? If the exact issue is shown, it would be a lot easier to try and figure out what it is.

Sonic 2 Beta Elements[]

IDW Link[]

The IDW publicing link (if that's what it's called)at news and updates gets you to issue 16 instead of 17. Even though issue 17 came out a month ago and it displays issue 17's image (sorry for my bad English)

Well, first off, talk pages are not for general discussion. They are for suggesting improvements to their main article. For instance, if I wanted to add a huge picture of Bean to the main page (this is a pretty ridiculous example) I would suggest it here. Second off, Sonic Mania 2 is only a rumor at the moment, with no confirmation whatsoever from Sega.Josiahblazesig 21:47, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

List of pages that may have been plagiarized from Polish Wiki[]

These are a list of pages in which content has been closely-paraphrased material from the Polish Wiki ('PL' in the URL). The vast majority of these large additions have been written by Ultrasonic9000, a prolific contributor who's been banned for adding persistent plagiarisms and abusing community trust. The list is currently very small, but because of the high number of edits he's made to several pages, the article list may grow extremely large, so I think it'd be better to sort the list across several columns. The first article has the sections available for those willing to start straight away.

To find out if a page has copied PL content, copy and paste the PL wiki's content into the Polish box of the Google translator (Maximum of 3900 words). Then compare the English translation to the English wiki page and look to see if any written sections or paragraphs have similar sentences. If you find one, completely rewrite it, or if it's rewritten, try adding or removing unnecessary sentences. If you can not rewrite it in one sitting, leave the cleanup or rewrite template and bold the link here. Once you are done rewriting any copied PL content from the page, put an <s> through the page listed here. If there is no plagiarism just remove the link.

Images are not affected, as they are under a separate criterion. Also, if any other wiki languages have been used to copy-paste content, then please feel free to add them in to the related articles. Thanks. Kettlon (T/MW/C/A) 19:58, 3 August 2022 (UTC)

I should clarify that we need to review Ultra's (main) space contributions. Compare the edit made by him to the corresponding PL wiki article. If they are very similar it is likely the edit was plagiarized and need to be fixed. There may be cases where entire articles were copied from the PL wiki. @SilverPlays97 This is a good idea, but it may not work for all cases, as I've hit a stumbling block. This article's page history shows that DiegoUreta68 has merged the content to another section. So for the time being, I'm going to list all the unusually large page creations that some users made as a result of mass merges. I think over 10,000 bytes would be a good starting point, then we can focus on any other large articles with small revision numbers. Manga Chapters[]

I think we should add a tab for upcoming chapters of The Jet Black Hedgehog: Shadow the Hedgehog like how the IDW comics have them. Yeah, they don't have a cover or description, but we could make it work like how the movies/games only show their cover or just make up a description which wouldn't be that hard, just rephrase the goal/event of the last chapters ending.
