- The main cover art for this volume is the same as the one for Sonic the Hedgehog #186, except the image has been mirrored.
- Due to this change, Mogul is seen wearing his ring on his right hand, while the issues included still depict him wearing it on his left hand.
- In the reprinted versions of Sonic the Hedgehog #188 and Sonic the Hedgehog #189 included in this volume, Boomer Walrus' cybernetics are recolored from silver to gold, so as match up with their depiction from Sonic the Hedgehog #192 onwards.
