History[]
TV series[]
Season one[]
Snake Probes at one particular oil platform would conduct excessive mining work, digging deep underground to find valuable oil reserves for Dr. Robotnik. During their search, they reached the underground world of the Kraken, which they began to devastate even more. In addition, they caused an underground tunnel through which special water that gave life to plants on the surface flowed to collapse, thus causing the Great Forest to slowly die. Later, one of Snake Probes attacked Rotor while he wandered around in the Kraken's world. Two Snake Probe later tied up the Kraken. Sonic thus followed one of the Snake Probes' tunnels up to the surfaces and reached the Snake Probes' oil platform. There, Sonic messed up the oil platform's system, causing the Snake Probes to self-destruct and the oil platform itself to be destroyed.[1]
Personality[]
The Snake Probes are little more than drones, showing no form of sentience or personalities. However, they do react with hostility when they encounter opposition or enemies.[1]
Powers and abilities[]
The Snake Probes are capable of burrowing in order to search for underground oil reserves. Their mouths are also equipped with laser cannons to assist them with burrowing.[1]
