Nora Zeal-Ott is a Sim from SimValley in The Sims Bustin' Out for handheld. She's a politician in SimValley. She is the niece of Detective Dan D. Mann, the detective of SimValley who has been trying to capture Veloci-Rooster, the bird who killed Nora's mother.
