This family is living at 52 Newland Avenue at the start of the story, and the home is fully furnished. This can be seen by importing the untouched neighborhood from a fresh installation into The Sims 2.
- §0
- Diva Loyal
- Diva loves being spoiled by Celeste, but also likes it when Stephen visits. Diva doesn't quite understand why Stephen is a bit aloof with her.
Diva starts off in the family bin like the Rambler family, and is added to Stephen Loyal's family during the early story events. This can be seen by importing the untouched neighborhood from a fresh installation into The Sims 2.

Errors[]
When you have completed the storyline, it is revealed that Gordon's last name is not really Fetching. However, when you finish, he is playable but still has Fetching as his last name (This may be due to the fact that Sims' last names will not change unless if the Sim was married). His sidekick Anthony is also available to play. Another error is that Stephen's cousin, Celeste, and her new husband, Damien, went on a honeymoon and at the end of the storyline Damien and Celeste are non-playable, and are not mentioned or seen again after the story, despite Stephen's phone book and email address book listing them as living at 52 Newland Avenue (a lot which is empty once free play is unlocked).
Trivia[]
- In the Nintendo DS version of The Sims 3, there is an apartment called "Mesa Flats".
- After finishing the story, when the player goes to the neighborhood screen it will be night, just like Downtown in The Sims 2: Nightlife.
- There is a glitch that causes Sims' facial structures to change to the second template when they wear masquerade masks.
- Caffeine Corner, Club A, and Mesa Flats Pet Meet and Greet are never visited by Stephen during the Midnight Masquerade story.
