Vladimir Iosifovich Resin (Belarusian: Уладзімір Іосіфавіч Рэсін; Russian: Влади́мир Ио́сифович Ре́син; born 21 February 1936) is a Russian politician. He was the acting mayor of Moscow, appointed by Russian president Dmitry Medvedev to replace Yury Luzhkov on 28 September 2010.[1] Resin was the first deputy mayor under Luzhkov.[2]
