The Book of Boba Fett
The Book of Boba Fett is a Disney+ show set in the Star Wars universe. The show stars Boba Fett and Fennec Shand after they take over Jabba the Hutt's criminal empire. The show takes place during the time of The Mandalorian and with the future shows, Ahsoka and Rangers of the New Republic. It aired on Disney+ December 2021.[1][2][3][4]
Announcement
[change | change source]A post-credit scene at the end of the season finale for The Mandalorian season two showed Boba Fett and Fennec Shand arriving at Jabba's Palace where currently Bib Fortuna was leading. Fennec entered first, killed the guards and freed a slave. Boba Fett walked in next and Bib was very surprised to see him. Boba Fett quickly killed Bib Fortuna and walked up and sat on the throne with Fennec on his side.[1]

Filming
[change | change source]The show started to shoot at the end of November 2020, before the third season of The Mandalorian started prodution.[5]
