No Way Out (2001) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view show made by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on February 25, 2001 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1] It was the third No Way Out event held by the WWF.
Eight matches happened on the event's card, including the first ever Three Stages of Hell match, where Triple H defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin. This was also the last WWF PPV made during the Monday Night Wars with World Championship Wrestling (WCW), as the WWF purchased WCW on March 23.[2]
