Delara Burkhardt (born on November 3, 1992, in Hamburg, Germany) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party. She has been a Member of the European Parliament since 2019.[1] She is a member of the European Parliament Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.

Burkhardt is part of the European Parliament Intergroup on LGBT Rights,[2] the European Parliament Intergroup on Seas, Rivers, Islands and Coastal Areas,[3] and of the Responsible Business Conduct Working Group too.[4]

Being a little one, Burkhardt lived in Siek in Schleswig-Holstein. She studied political science at the University of Kiel from 2012 until 2016.

On February 4, 2021, she undertook support for Katsyaryna Andreeva, Belarusian political prisoner.[5]
