Berne is a municipality of the district Wesermarsch in the state of Lower Saxony in Germany. It is on the left bank of the Weser, about 20 km east of Oldenburg, and 25 km northwest of Bremen.
Musician, producer and songwriter Dieter Bohlen was born in Berne.
