Deep beneath the Monastery
Top-most area of the Neam Ruins. It is here that Albert Simon plans to summon forth the Neamto Float. It is accessible only in Shadow Hearts.
Sealed Gateway[]
Hidden in the ruins of the Monastery lies the gate way to the underground below. Roger Bacon is the only one capable of opening the gateway.
Tree of Life[]
Remains of the "Tree of Life"
All that remains of the "Tree of Life" that housed Elaine's body during the events of Koudelka (game) is simply a deep pit (and a broken cauldron), covered with withered vines.
The entrance to the underground is blocked by a door decorated with the symbol of the Judgment Ring.
Pyramidal Altar[]
The symbol of the Judgment Ring decorates the floor of the Altar, as well as a modified caduceus symbol (two entwining snakes wrapped around a celtic cross).

Mauser Prototype - From the entrance, head west two screens. The chest is barely visible in the northwest corner of the first bend.
Silver Wolf Fang - From the entrance, head east one screen, then north at the first fork. Behind the left wall of this curvy path, the chest is barely visible.
Mind's Eye - From the entrance, head east one screen, then go north at the first fork. Open the chest on the left.
Holy Book of the Martyrs - Toggle on the red and blue switches to turn the flame purple and remove the purple barrier of the chest located three screens west from the entrance, then north at the fork. It is beside the red button.
Coat of the Sage - After toggling on all three colored switches to tint the flame white, head east from the entrance, then north at the fork, and open the chest on the right.
Seal of Strength - The chest on the left before the large door.- Punk Jacket - The chest on the right before the large door.
- Seal of Vitality - Toggle the red and green switches to tint the flame yellow, then open the chest on the screen between the flame and the large door chambers.

Lottery Ticket - At the bottom of the entrance stairs, to the right.- Destruction Stone - Visit the "Forge" after breaking all the seals on the chests.
- Codex of Lurie - After the Neameto Float has risen, examine the Judgement Ring seal on the floor of the Pyramidal Altar. (Revisit)

Note the similarities
- As an easter egg reference to Koudelka, the design of the seal leading to the underground is actually the same design found on the title screen of Koudelka - itself derived from a design on the Battersea Shield.
