John Benjamin Ireland (30. januar 1914 – 21. mart 1992) bio je kanadski glumac, najpoznatiji po ulozi negativaca u vesternima. Ireland, iako nije bio neposredno uključen u makartističke progone, se smatra jednom od ličnošću koja je simbolički načela režim hollywoodske crne liste, s obzirom da je 1950-ih uspješno tužio sudu televizijske producente koji su ga odbili angažirati zbog navodnog ljevičarstva. Ireland, koji se ženio tri puta, također je bio poznat po živopisnom privatnom životu, odnosno sklonošću ljubavnim vezama sa kolegicama mlađim od sebe, kao što su Natalie Wood, Barbara Payton i Sue Lyon, odnosno kontroverzi zbog veze sa 16-godišnjom Tuesday Weld.
