Galaktolipid O-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.134, galaktolipid:galaktolipid aciltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom mono-beta-D-galaktozildiacilglicerol:mono-beta-D-galaktozildiacilglicerol aciltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 mono-beta-D-galaktozildiacilglicerol acilmono-beta-D-galaktozildiacilglicerol + mono-beta-D-galaktozilacilglicerol
Di-D-galaktozildiacilglicerol takođe može da deluje kao akceptor.
