Aluminati Charm School, whose impossible-looking, fortress-like building has existed for untold eons, is one of the witch schools in which a younger Magica De Spell pursed a magical education. The Dean of the School wields an artifact known as the Staff of Authority; the position was, in Magica's day, managed by the easygoing Dean Petunia, who would later retire in 2020, leaving her seat to the sterner Meredith Barksure. The School is located near the city of Salem, hidden from the non-magical locals by a “visual deterrence field”.
Alumni of the Charm School are invited yearly to the “Annual Aluminati Alumni Ball”, whose famous opening dance is the Wiccanical Waltz, although Magica never attended until 2020, when she received a letter from her old friend Sier (the caretaker of the school) bidding her to come to investigate worrisome rumors. During the ensuing adventure, Magica discovered that this was actually a trap laid by Sier, who was in fact the Goddess of Discord, Eris, in human form. With the help of Gladstone Gander, Magica explored the mythical catacombs below the School, and eventually trapped Eris there after figuring out the truth.

The Aluminati Charm School was first mentioned in 2018 in the unofficial Sarah Jolley comic story The Cat Came Back, later becoming the main setting of the 2020 story Hidden Potential.
