Piper Shaw's Lair (Lakewood General) is in an abandoned hospital located in Lakewood and it is where Brandon James underwent many surgeries in order to fix his deformed face.
It is also where his post-op mask was made, which is what he and his daughter Piper Shaw wore when they committed their killing sprees.
The lair was filled with X-Rays of Brandon's skull, ultrasounds of Brandon and Daisy's baby (Piper), souvenirs from Piper's murders as well as a picture shrine to Brandon's victims. Tyler O'Neill's severed head was also hidden here after Piper decapitated him.
