“ | F**king Americans, think you can just come into my place of business and buy whatever you want? Beautiful Russian girls, no problem, just throw down this bulls**t money... You f**king insult me. | „ |
~ Slavi to McCall. |
Slavi is a minor but pivotal antagonist of the 2014 movie The Equalizer. He is the head of the East Coast branch of Vladimir Pushkin's criminal empire, and Alina's pimp.
He was portrayed by David Meunier.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Despite his limited screentime and lack of kill count, he still passes the Heinous Standards due to having lower resources when compared to Pushkin and Teddy; in addition of being a low-ranking member of the Russian Mafia, as well as the prostitution of many young girls being a unique crime for the franchise.
- He brought Alina to Boston when she was young, and prostituted her. He would hit her and other girls when they tried to stand up to him, with one of them being disfigured by acid.
- When Alina stood up to him, he beat her half to death and threatened to slit her throat if she did it again.
- When McCall decided to buy Alina off for her freedom, Slavi thinks he is joking and give him a month to think, before selling Alina as a virgin.
- His loyalty to Pushkin is too vague to count, due to never seen interacting with him in the movie.
