Katagiri Rumi (片桐るみ)? is a minor character from Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure '23~. She is Nozomi's student at Plaisir Academy, but due to her parents' divorce, and her father's business failing, Rumi is moving to the countryside where her grandmother lives.

Rumi has short brown hair styled in a bob-cut, with several strands held up into a high side ponytail by a pink hairtie. Her eyes are a lighter brown. Rumi wears a yellow short sleeved shirt with orange buttons, and an orange trim on her collar. Her pleated skirt is orange, and she wears pale yellow thigh high socks and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Rumi is a kind girl who loves to dance and dreams of winning a national dance competition. However, her love for dance starts to waver until she is given some encouragement to keep pursuing it.
Relationships[]
- Yumehara Nozomi: Her teacher. Rumi is encouraged by Nozomi to keep following her dream of being a dancer. Rumi also thinks Nozomi is a great teacher, and promises to meet her again when she has made her dream come true.
History[]
Rumi is having doubts about dancing as she will be moving to a school in the countryside that won't have a dance club. She is encouraged by Nozomi to not give up on her dream, but Rumi isn't sure about her future. After Nozomi talks to her father, Rumi tells Nozomi she has decided to keep pursuing her dream of being a dancer, and will create a dance club if there isn't one at the new school. Rumi then promises to meet Nozomi again when she has achieved her dream.KnCOPC01
She is last seen having sent a letter to Nozomi, revealing that she has joined another dance club, and made some new friends at her new school.KnCOPC12
