The Birth of Hinata's Regrets! King Guaiwaru (ひなたの後悔...誕生！キンググアイワル Hinata no Kōkai...Tanjō! Kingu Guaiwaru)? is the 40th episode of Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure and is the 822nd episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary[]
Everything that just happened was all apart of Guaiwaru's plan!? Grace and the other Cures are quickly overpowered by King Guaiwaru's power.

- King Guariwaru summons multiple Megabyogen at once to attack Sukoyaka City.
Synopsis[]
With several Mega Parts from King Byogen's defeat, Guaiwaru reveals to the girls his plan to infuse himself with them and become king of the Byogens. He admires his newfound strength as the girls look on with concern. Shindoine is distraught over what happened and leaves hoping to find some trace of King Byogen, but Daruizen has little care over the matter. King Guaiwaru launches his attack against Pretty Cure and pummels them with ease, even effortlessly blocking the element bottles. Sparkle attempts to fight him physically but she is overwhelmed with her feelings of regret and frustration that she isn't able to think clearly. Fontaine manages to get him away from her, but she and Grace de-transform. Sparkle uses Healing Flash but her resolve isn't strong enough and he deflects it. Hinata de-transforms but before King Guaiwaru can finish her off, Earth uses the Sound Element bottle to cause smoke to fly up and allow the group to escape.
The girls try to locate an escape as Asumi and Hinata support their injured friends. They are unsure of where to go and Hinata is left feeling even worse, and they stop to give Nodoka time to awaken. They sadly explain what happened while she was unconscious and begin to feel discouraged. Nodoka tries to encourage everyone to try again because they don't know what he is likely to do, and they notice Latte has become sick. The girls use the stethoscope and she reveals that several Megabyogens have appeared in their city, but without any source of elemental power teleporting isn't an option to escape from there. This place they have been taken to is completely ruined from the Byogens disease undermining it. Hinata blames herself for getting them in this mess, and even though the others try to assure her that this isn't true, Hinata stubbornly refuses to listen. She knew this would happen and Nyatoran even said they shouldn't come here, but she insisted. She cries as the others remain silent, unsure of how to respond until Nyatoran expresses his enjoyment of her impulsive decisions. He tells her that everyone makes mistakes, and there were plenty of times when she did good things too. Nyatoran is sure that she can overcome this, his words of love managing to perk her up.
With that, the girls attempt to determine how they can escape from there. Latte informs them of the hole Sparkle's Healing Flash made earlier, but it isn't a means of escape necessarily. Pegitan mentions that if they can concentrate of purifying a spot in this world, they should be able to make a portal. The girls come to the decision to look for a location that they can purify when suddenly, the Element Bottles within the bag begin to shine. From Latte comes a light that leads them to a specific rock and the girls realize that the Elements back at home are trying to reach them.
The girls transform, but before they can begin Daruizen appears to interfere. Grace attempts to attack him but he shields himself and knocks her back, but he gets distracted by Earth and is nearly hit by Grace using the Harvest Element. This gives them the chance to perform Final Healin' Good Shower on the rock. This forces open a portal and the girls escape, but before Grace can go through Daruizen blasts it, causing it to disappear. However, the girls are able to use their purification magic to keep it open long enough for her to get through. They turn to see that a large portion of their town has become infected by the Byogens.
