The Booger Monster is a minor character in The Powerpuff Girls that appears in the episode "Down 'n' Dirty". It is a six-eyed proboscidean monster that shoots thick green snot out of its trunk.
In "Down 'n' Dirty", the Booger Monster appears the day after the Powerpuff Girls defeat the Oil Monster, shooting snot all over Townsville. While Blossom and Bubbles express disgust at the monster's attacks, Buttercup fights against it and quickly takes it down by punching one of its eyes so hard that it bursts. After defeating the monster, the Girls remark how stinky its snot (and in particular, Buttercup) smells.

The Booger Monster also appears in the web video game All Monsters Attack as the opponent in the second level. Dynamo must hit the Booger Monster ten times to defeat it. The Booger Monster's moves are:
- Shooting snot from its trunk
- Ramming into Dynamo with its tusks
- Whipping at Dynamo with its trunk
- Throwing its fist
- Blocking Dynamo's attack by covering its face with its trunk
- Ducking to dodge an upper-body attack
- Jumping up to dodge a lower-body attack
