Anne[citation needed] (also known as the Little Girl with Teddy Bear) was a child who lived in Townsville when its current Mayor was a kid. She is mentioned in the episode "Abracadaver".

Anne bears a striking resemblance to the Powerpuff Girls. In particular, she has similar eyes and shoes. Anne, however, has a nose and fingers.
The colors of her clothes are unknown due to the flashback being in black and white.
History[]
Anne first appeared watching and enjoying the magic show of the stage magician Al Lusion, but he later asked someone from the audience to be his assistant in his next magic trick. He chose Anne, who was asked on stage by the magician to lend her teddy bear to him.
Al quickly made it disappear in thin air. Anne wanted her bear back, but Al did not return it, breaking Anne's heart. She began tugging into the magician's pants, which revealed to the audience all of the objects he used in his "tricks", as well as his underwear. Anne laughed at him along with the audience, until they witnessed him trip and fall into an iron maiden, which resulted in his death.
It is unknown what happened to Anne ever since the incident.
When Al Lusion revived as a zombie named Abracadaver, he saw Blossom and became enraged, as she bears a very close resemblance to Anne, who indirectly humiliated him several decades prior.
