The power to create constructs out of matter. Sub-power of Matter Manipulation. Variation of Construct Creation. Opposite to Antimatter Constructs and Dark Matter Constructs.

  • Material/Matter/Substance Constructs/Creations
  • Matter Construct Creation/Generation/Manifestation/Materialization
  • Matter/Material/Substance-Based Creation

Capabilities[]

The user can change matter (including their own bodies) into different forms and objects of varying detail and permanence, ranging from simple shapes and images, to individual elements, substances and materials, to functional items such as tools and weapons, to more complex creations such as living or non-living entities, entire structures and even environments in certain cases, among other phenomena. Depending on their control over the source of their constructs, those who have mastered this ability can use it for almost any situation, creating anything they need.

Applications[]

The user can generally create anything they have seen or can imagine, and have a good idea how it functions, from their source. Examples of common possibilities include:

Limitations[]

  • May be limited to manipulating already existing matter rather than the user being able to create their own sources at will, along with the exact extent of the user's control over their source to be able to manipulate or alter it in certain ways.
  • Constructs may be difficult to create and sustain, often relying on the user’s physical and/or mental condition for functionality and overall capabilities or the user’s concentration and/or willpower for permanence and durability.
  • In most cases, unless these constructs are made of solid matter, they will often return to their original state if the user becomes distracted or unconscious, leaves their proximity or otherwise loses contact with and/or control of them.
  • May be limited to certain shapes and forms or to creating particular types of constructs such as specific objects (often items such as equipment or structures), usually depending on the user’s imagination or general knowledge of how their intended creations function.
  • May be limited on how complicated and detailed these constructs can be (i.e., little to no moving parts, inability to replicate and simulate certain properties or invent new phenomena, constructs being unchangeable after being created, etc.).
  • May be limited to manipulating one's own body and/or mass to create these constructs, which can potentially drain the user's mass and either damage them or leave them vulnerable if it is not replenished.
  • Antimatter Manipulation
  • May be limited to particular type of matter.
