Capabilities[]

The user is able to use their elastic powers to bind, imprison, paralyze and/or otherwise stop targets moving normally and possibly completely freezing them where they were.

Since this power relies on the user's body, the user can be hurt by the captured target.
May be at a disadvantage against cutting or piercing attacks.
May require the user to be creative in order to achieve significant results from a seemingly underwhelming power.
Ice or Cold powers may stiffen the elasticity, much like how rubber breaks when it's frozen. This same principle could end up applying to the user if they tried to stretch in cold/freezing temperatures, unless they have Elasticity Defiance.
With enough fire and heat the user could completely melt.
