Biography[]

Before the Contest in Rustboro City, Chaz had taken care of Venomoth by training and giving it Pokéblocks. During the Contest, Chaz's Venomoth showed its power by using Confusion to levitate things in air, scoring 29.5 points. After defeating some trainers, Chaz's Venomoth faced Janet's Beautifly. Venomoth used Stun Spore, which Beautifly gusted away, then retaliated with Hidden Power on Venomoth. Venomoth and Beautifly collided each other with Psybeam and Hidden Power. During the last minutes, Venomoth attacked Beautifly with Confusion, who used Flash. In the end, Janet and Beautifly won the Contest. Team Rocket intervened and stole Venomoth and Beautifly, who were freed by May's Torchic's Ember. Using Gust, Venomoth and Beautifly blasted off Team Rocket.
