John David Viener (born July 10, 1972) is mainly an actor, writer, and director who on Phineas and Ferb is the voice of Norm and Dr. Bloodpudding and voiced Red in the episode Mind Share. Viener is a staff writer for the television series Family Guy where he met Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, and also voices additional characters on Family Guy, including Meg Griffin when she became "Ron" in Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. Viener made his directorial debut at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival with the short film, Lighten Up.
