Hooktials Liar is the Huge wide-open room with Hooktail inside the room. Outside the room is a Save Block and a HP Block. To get there you must go up the stairs and probably need to battle the Spiky Goomba for it to get out of you're way. The Room has one huge door to get inside and outside(Of Course though Hooktail goes through the wall). It only comes out in Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door.
