Grifty is a local who knows the folklore of Rogueport, and for a price, will tell you of the origins of the Shadow Queen, the four heroes who defeated her, what happened to those heroes after the Shadow Queen's sealing, and various other tidbits. He is found on the east side of Rogueport on top of Merlon's House.
