Black Apples are items found in Super Paper Mario. They are found in a single tree in Overthere Stair. The Black Apple is also notably the "Taboo Fruit" that had the power to wake up Princess Peach after eating the Golden Apple. It revealed that the Black Apple is the Taboo Fruit due to its horrible taste. Unlike the other Apples, the Black apple will not make a Sky Juice if you have Saffron cook one, instead it will make a Mistake.
